If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me immediately via email to support@thechartreusecanary.com Because I operate as a small-batch boutique, I do not offer refunds back to original payment methods. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days to request evaluation for a percentage-based store credit.
