Shipping Policy
 * **Processing Time:** Orders process within 1 to 10 business days (depending on custom/pre-order status). Orders placed after 3 PM EST, weekends, or holidays process the next business day.
 * **Domestic Shipping (USA):** Shipped via economical carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
   * Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days after shipping.
   * Buyer pays shipping otherwise (calculated at checkout).
 * **International Shipping:** We ship internationally to select regions (excluding certain areas), though shipping availability and options vary. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
 * **P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO:** Supported via USPS Ground Advantage.
 * **Tracking:** A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once shipped (active within 24 hours).
 * **Damages & Lost Packages:** The Chartreuse Canary is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. File claims for damaged goods directly with the carrier, and contact us at support@thechartreusecanary.com if tracking shows a delivery issue.
